The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to amend its regulations regarding compounds of carcinogenic concern used in food-producing animals. Specifically, the Agency is clarifying the definition of "S o " and revising the definition of "S m " so that it conforms to the clarified definition of S o .
