Under the provisions of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a petition for reinstatement from Chesapeake Exploration LLC and Khody Land & Minerals Company for competitive oil and gas lease WYW149955 for land in Converse County, Wyoming.
