The U.S. International Trade Commission ("Commission") hereby gives notice of the procedures it intends to follow to comply with the court-ordered remand of its final determination in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of Oil Country Tubular Goods ("OCTG") from Argentina, Mexico, and Russia.
