This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C.139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project in Rockingham and Hillsborough Counties in the State of New Hampshire, Interstate 93 extending from the Massachusetts/New Hampshire state line northward approximately 19.8-miles through the Towns of Salem, Windham, Derry and Londonderry, and ending at the I-93/I-293 interchange in the City of Manchester.
