This document commences a hearing to determine (a) whether the license renewal application for AM radio station KPCQ, Chubbuck, ID should be granted or denied due to the station's history of silence or low power operations in the period when Snake River Radio, LLC (SRR) was the station's licensee, and (b) whether the station's license automatically expired due to failure to operate with authorized facilities for a period of twelve consecutive months.
