Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a meeting of the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene in-person and via conference call at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, November 21, 2019.
