The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain quartz surface products (quartz surface products) from India are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
