The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that, for the two companies subject to this review, Foshan Nanhai Jolyspring (Foshan Nanhai) is a part of the China-wide entity and Comfort Coil Technology Sdn. Bhd. (Comfort Coil) had no shipments during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2017, through January 31, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
