(Ozdemir), an exporter/producer of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR pipes and tubes) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) December 28, 2015, through April 25, 2016, and September 12, 2016, through December 31, 2016.
