Résumé
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE). This revision caps emissions of nitrogen oxides (NO X ) from large non-electric generating units (non-EGUs) to meet the requirements of EPA's NO X SIP Call. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
