Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for approval of an information collection requirement regarding Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals-Representations. A notice was published in the Federal Register at 81 FR 33192 on May 25, 2016, as part of a proposed rule under FAR Case 2015-024. No public comments were received on the information collection.
