Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-108, notice is hereby given that the Office of Legal Policy (OLP), a component within the United States Department of Justice (DOJ or Department), proposes to modify its System of Records Notice currently titled "United States Judges Records System," JUSTICE/OLP-002. OLP proposes to modify this system of records notice as part of the Department's overall effort to update DOJ leadership system of records notices in light of organizational, procedural, and technological changes at the Department.
