Résumé
In accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) regulations, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to the Maine Department of Transportation (ME DOT) to take, by harassment, small numbers of four species of marine mammals incidental to breakwater replacement project in Eastport, Maine, between October 1, 2014, through September 30, 2015.
