Silicon Metal From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Traduction automatique locale · Langue originale de la source

Résumé

In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce ("Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on silicon metal from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The period of review ("POR") is June 1, 2010, through May 31, 2011. The Department has preliminarily determined that the mandatory respondent, Shanghai Jinneng International Trade Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Jinneng"), made sales of subject merchandise to the United States at prices below normal value ("NV"). If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to assess antidumping duties on entries of subject merchandise during the POR for which the importer-specific assessment rates are above de minimis. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. We intend to issue the final results no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act").
