Certain Lined Paper Products From India: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On October 7, 2011, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review for certain lined paper products from India (CLPP).\1\ This review covers 35 manufacturers and exporters of the subject merchandise,\2\ including Navneet Publications (India) Limited (Navneet) and Riddhi Enterprises (Riddhi), for the period September 1, 2009, through August 31, 2010. As a result of our analysis of the comments received, these final results differ from the Preliminary Results.
