This notice announces the initiation of a review to consider designation of the Republic of South Sudan ("South Sudan") as a beneficiary developing country under the GSP program, including whether South Sudan should also be designated as a Least Developed Beneficiary Country, and solicits comments from the public relating to whether South Sudan meets the criteria for both designations.
