Traduction automatique locale · Langue originale de la source
Résumé
The Department of Commerce ("Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on helical spring lock washers ("HSLWs") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") covering the period October 1, 2005, through September 30, 2006. We have preliminarily determined that sales have not been made below normal value ("NV") by Hangzhou Spring Washer Co., Ltd. ("HSW") (also known as Zhejiang Wanxin Group Co., Ltd.). If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the period of review ("POR"). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. We intend to issue the final results no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("Act").
