FRA announces the next meeting of the RSAC, a Federal Advisory Committee that develops railroad safety regulations through a consensus process. The RSAC meeting topics will include cross border issues with Mexico and Canada, general discussion of roadway worker protection, ninety-two day locomotive inspections, cell phone use on trains, update on the Collision Analysis Working Group, railroad security, and recent safety advisories. Status reports will be given on the Passenger Safety Working Group and other active working groups.
