Milk in the Appalachian, Florida, and Southeast Marketing Areas; Decision on Proposed Amendments to Marketing Agreements and to Orders
Traduction automatique locale · Langue originale de la source
Résumé
This document proposes to adopt, on an emergency basis, amendments to the Appalachian, Florida, and Southeast Federal milk marketing orders. Specifically, the proposed amendments will implement a temporary supplemental charge on Class I milk that will be disbursed to handlers who incurred transportation costs for bulk milk movements for the Appalachian, Florida, and Southeast orders resulting from hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne. The proposed amendments are based on record evidence of a public hearing held in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 7, 2004. This decision requires determination of whether producers approve the orders as proposed to be amended.
