EPA is taking final action under the Clean Air Act to approve State implementation plan revisions submitted by the State of Nevada to provide for attainment of the carbon monoxide national ambient air quality standards in Las Vegas Valley, including an alternate low enhanced vehicle inspection and maintenance program, State and local wintertime gasoline rules, and motor vehicle emissions budgets for transportation conformity.
