Résumé
We preliminarily determine that bottle-grade polyethylene terephthalate ("PET") resin from Indonesia is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value, as provided in section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. If this investigation proceeds normally, we will make our final determination within 75 days of this preliminary determination.
