Notice is hereby given that the Federally owned invention disclosed in U.S. Patent Application No. 10/135,224 "Naphtalene and Naphthenate Derivates as Bait Toxicants for Subterranean Termites", filed April 30, 2002, is available for licensing and that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Waterbury Companies, Inc. of Waterbury, Connecticut, an exclusive license to this invention.
