Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB: Rent Schedule-Low Rent Housing

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. HUD is requesting approval to continue to collect information necessary to ensure that approved rent levels are not exceeded and tenants are not overcharged. HUD establishes and approves project rental charges and utility allowances. Owners may request adjustments by submitting justifying information. Owners must notify tenants of approved rents.
