Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB: HOPE VI Grant Program

Résumé

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. HUD is requesting approval to continue to collect information from Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) necessary to administer the HOPE IV Grant Program. Much of the information collection is now formatted on the forms listed here. A Community and Supportive Services Workplan has been added the requirement.
