The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to change the approval authority of Mentor Prot[eacute]g[eacute] Agreements for the DoD Military Department or Defense Agencies and to make minor changes for clarification.
