Résumé

In response to a timely request from respondent, ALZ N.V. (ALZ) and its affiliated U.S. importer, TrefilARBED, Inc., the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium, covering the period May 1, 2001, to April 30, 2002. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Requests for Revocation in Part, 67 FR 42753 (June 25, 2002). Because ALZ has submitted a timely withdrawal of its request for an administrative review, and there was no request for review from any other interested party, the Department is rescinding this review in accordance with section 351.213(d)(1) of the Department's regulations.
