Résumé
EPA is proposing to approve pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act) the moderate area plan and maintenance plan for the Indian Wells Valley planning area in California and to redesignate the area from nonattainment to attainment for the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to a nominal 10 micrometers (PM-10).
