Résumé
With the concurrence of the Department of the Treasury (Department), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issues a proposed rulemaking to amend this part to exempt five Privacy Act systems of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(j)(2) and/or 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(2).
