The New England Fishery Management Council (Council) is scheduling a public meeting of its Enforcement Committee and Advisory Panel, Red Crab Advisory Panel and Oversight Committee and Monkfish Oversight Committee in January, 2002 to consider actions affecting New England fisheries in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ). Recommendations from these groups will be brought to the full Council for formal consideration and action, if appropriate.

Manual for Courts-Martial; Proposed Amendments

The DoD (referred to herein as "Department of War" or "DoW") requests comments on proposed changes to the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM), United States (2024 ed.) and announces a public meeting to receive comments on said changes. The approval authority for the changes to the MCM is the President, while the approval authority for the changes to the supplementary materials is the General Counsel of the Department of War (DoW).

Millennium Challenge Corporation Selection Criteria and Methodology Report for Fiscal Year 2027

The Millennium Challenge Act of 2003 (the "Act"), as amended, requires the Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") to publish a report that identifies the criteria and methodology that MCC intends to use to determine which candidate countries may be eligible to be considered for assistance under the Act for fiscal year 2027. The report, described in 608(b)(1) of the Act, is set forth in full below. The Act further requires the Chief Executive Officer to accept public comment for the 30-day period beginning on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the information contained in the report set forth below, and to consider such comment for purposes of determining eligible countries under section 607 of the Act.
