This document proposes to establish Class D airspace extending upward from the surface to but not including 1,600 feet mean sea level (MSL), within a 4.4-mile radius of the Shreveport Downtown Airport, Shreveport, LA. An air traffic control tower will provide air traffic control services for pilots operating at Shreveport Downtown Airport. The intended effect of this proposal is to provide adequate controlled airspace for aircraft operating in the vicinity of Shreveport Downtown Airport, Shreveport, LA.
