Résumé
The United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service has filed an application to withdraw approximately 27,299.50 acres of National Forest System land to protect the Guadalupe Cave Resource Protection Area. This notice segregates the land for 2 years from location and entry under the United States mining laws, and from mineral leasing, subject to valid existing rights. The land will remain open to all other uses which may by law be made of National Forest System land. This application replaces withdrawal application NMNM 92089 which has been canceled.
