Résumé
On August 30, 1999, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on industrial nitrocellulose from the United Kingdom for Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (``ICI''), a manufacturer and exporter of industrial nitrocellulose. This administrative review was requested by ICI and is for the period July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999. The Department is rescinding this review after receiving a timely withdrawal from ICI of its request for review.
