On October 1, 1999, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') initiated sunset reviews of antidumping duty orders on hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from Brazil, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom (64 FR 53320). In addition, the Department initiated sunset reviews of countervailing duty orders on hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from Brazil, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom (64 FR 53320). The Department is revoking the aforementioned antidumping and countervailing duty orders on hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel because no domestic party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the applicable deadline.
