Résumé
We invite currently ineligible institutions of higher education that filed a Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate (FISAP) (ED Form 646-1) in one or more of the campus-based programs for the 2000-2001 award year to submit to us an Application for Approval to Participate and all required supporting documents for an eligibility and certification determination. The campus-based programs are the Federal Perkins Loan Program, the Federal Work-Study Program, and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program and are authorized by title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA). The 2000-2001 award year is July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001.
