The Department of Labor invites proposal for one new award in FY 1999 as authorized under Title 38 United States Code, Section 4212. These awards will allow for the transition of the current FCAIS system to an efficient, interactive, and user-friendly data information system that will collect data from the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) and the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS).
