Résumé
The Secretary proposes a Long-Range Plan (LRP) for the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) for fiscal years (FY) 1999-2004. As required by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Secretary takes this action to outline priorities for rehabilitation research, demonstration projects, training, and related activities, and to explain the basis for these priorities.
