Résumé
The Assistant Secretary establishes regulations pursuant to OERI's authorizing legislation, the Educational Research, Development, Dissemination, and Improvement Act of 1994. The major purpose of these standards is to ensure that the research, development, and dissemination activities carried out by the recipients of grants from and contracts and cooperative agreements with OERI meet the highest standards of professional excellence.
