In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is issuing public notice of its intention to modify an existing Privacy Act system of records notice USGS-13, ``Manuscript Processing.'' The revisions will update the address of the System Location(s), System Manager(s), and further define Retention and Disposal.
