Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to consider amending Marketing Agreement and Order No. 930, hereinafter referred to as the ``order.'' The order regulates the handling of tart cherries grown in Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin. The purpose of the hearing is to receive evidence on two proposals to amend the order. The proposals were submitted by the Cherry Industry Administrative Board (Board), which is responsible for local administration of the order. One proposed amendment would clarify the current limitation on the number of Board members that may represent a single ``sales constituency.'' The second would simplify the method used to establish volume regulations for tart cherries.
