New England Fishery Management Council; Public Meetings

Résumé

The New England Fishery Management Council (Council) is scheduling public meetings of its Social Sciences Advisory Panel, Groundfish Advisory Panel and Groundfish Oversight Committee in December, 1998 to consider actions affecting New England fisheries in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ). The Social Sciences Advisory Panel will consider issues involving the quality of economic and social impact analyses used in Council fishery management plans (FMPs). Recommendations from these groups will be brought to the full Council for formal consideration and action, if appropriate.
