Résumé
On October 29, 1998, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published in the Federal Register (63 FR 58009) a notice announcing the initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate from the United Kingdom. This review covered the period August 1, 1997, through July 31, 1998. This review has now been rescinded as a result of a withdrawal of request for review.
