This notice announces the disposition of the petitions accepted for review in the 1998 Annual Review of the GSP program, the results of the 1999 De Minimis Waiver and Redesignation Reviews, exclusions for products that exceeded the GSP competitive need limitations (CNLs), and the designation of Gabon and Mongolia as beneficiary developing countries and the reinstatement of Mauritania.
