Résumé
Pursuant to section 7(c) of the International Antitrust Enforcement Assistance Act (IAEAA), 15 U.S.C. 6206(c), the Attorney General, with the concurrence of the Federal Trade Commission, hereby publishes the text of an Agreement entered into on April 27, 1999, by the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Australia on Mutual Antitrust Enforcement Assistance. The Agreement is the first mutual antitrust enforcement assistance agreement entered into pursuant to the IAEAA, and will enter into force in accordance with the terms of Article XIII of the Agreement.
