Résumé
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing final regulations to combine the five parts of title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations relating to the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program and to simplify the language of the regulations. This will ease administration and aid in understanding the Program. We also are issuing final regulations to implement the FEGLI Living Benefits Act and assignment of life insurance.
