The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is extending the time limit for the preliminary results of the new shipper antidumping duty administrative review of the antidumping order on certain forged stainless steel flanges from India. This review covers one manufacturer and exporter of the subject merchandise, Panchmahal Steels, Ltd., for the period February 1, 1996 through January 31, 1997. This extension is made pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (``the Act''), and the Department's regulations as published in the Federal Register on May 11, 1995 (60 FR 25130).
