Résumé
This interim rule amends the date by which aliens must file and pay for their applications for adjustment of status pursuant to section 245(i) of the Immigration and Nationality act. Such applications are adjudicated by the Executive Office for Immigration Review, including the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Immigration Courts, or the Immigration and Naturalization Service. This rule also clarifies the procedure for paying for such adjustment applications when filed in conjunction with motions to reopen or reconsider.
