On June 13, 1997, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of its 1991 administrative review of the countervailing duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Argentina. We have now completed this review and determine the total net subsidy to be 0.49 percent ad valorem, which is de minimis.
