Copyright Restoration of Works in Accordance With the Uruguay Round Agreements Act; NIE Corrections Procedure

The Copyright Office is issuing interim regulations to govern the filing of Correction Notices of Intent to Enforce a Restored Copyright under section 104A of the copyright law, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. The effect of the interim regulation is to establish procedures for the correction of errors in previously filed Notices of Intent to Enforce a Restored Copyright and to provide a suggested format for submitting such information.
