Résumé
The Assistant Secretary for Educational Research and Improvement (OERI) is establishing final regulations pursuant to the ``Educational Research, Development, Dissemination, and Improvement Act of 1994.'' The regulations are intended to provide quality assurance that programs designated by the Department of Education as either exemplary or promising have met criteria that will allow educators, professional organizations, and others to use these programs with confidence.
