Suspension of Antidumping Duty Investigation: Certain Cut-to- Length Carbon Steel Plate From South Africa

The Department of Commerce (the Department) has suspended the antidumping duty investigation involving certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate (CTL plate) from South Africa. The basis for this action is an agreement between the Department and Iscor Ltd. (Iscor) and Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation Ltd. (Highveld) to revise their prices to eliminate completely sales of this merchandise to the United States at less than fair value.
